What are the features of anti-static flooring
Anti-static flooring, as a data processing center, is an indispensable anti-static facility in important places such as computer rooms and laboratories, which is closely related to the characteristics of anti-static flooring. So, what are the features of anti-static flooring?
The surface is coated with electrostatic plastic, which is not only dust-proof and water-proof but also fireproof and anti-corrosive, greatly extending the service life of the floor.
2. Anti-static flooring is easy to install and convenient to maintain due to its raised design.
3. Different anti-static floors are produced according to the same standard and can be cut and assembled at will, which is economical and practical.
4. The surface layer of anti-static flooring can be selected in various ways and is decorative.
5. It has a large amount of wiring and good concealment, allowing multiple machines to be used simultaneously without affecting the appearance due to messy wiring.
6. Easy to disassemble and reusable.
Polyvinyl chloride anti-static flooring features wear resistance, water resistance and chemical reaction resistance. It is not affected by external mechanical movements, car driving and moving furniture, etc. It is to evenly distribute the conductor material over the entire floor to give it good electrical conductivity.
Epoxy resin anti-static flooring possesses all the excellent properties of epoxy resin flooring and can quickly discharge static electricity. Moreover, the anti-static effect is long-lasting, with a surface resistivity of 105 to 109, and the ground resistance discharge has reached the GB6650-86A standard.
The purpose of anti-static floor acceptance:
1. Anti-static floors have relatively significant static electricity hazards, so standard acceptance of anti-static floors is required. Static electricity, which occurs frequently for various reasons, is one of the hazards that are difficult to eliminate. Computers with electrostatic capabilities not only cause random malfunctions, misoperations or operational errors, but even lead to certain computing components, such as CMOS and MOS circuits. It will cause severe damage, leading to breakdown and destruction of the two-stage circuit.
2. Rework will have a greater impact on efficiency. If the anti-static floor is not inspected and accepted during decoration, it will be even more troublesome if the floor warps and cracks later. At that time, we will definitely redo the work again. If the project is large, redecorating it will consume a great deal of energy, not only financial resources but also human resources, which is not worth it.
Acceptance method for anti-static flooring
1. We must ensure that the gap between the anti-static floor and the floor beneath it is free of dust, and that the entire panel is dust-free, clean and free of debris.
2. The misalignment of anti-static floors between adjacent floors should not exceed 1 millimeter, and the edge strips of the floors should be in a straight line.
The height difference between anti-static floors should be less than 1 millimeter. Although this requirement is relatively high, it will have a significant impact on the future use and maintenance of anti-static floors.
4. The surface of the anti-static floor should be free of scratches, coating peeling and damage to the edge strips of the floor.
5. For the anti-static floor that has been normally laid, it is essential to ensure its stability. There should be no shaking or clicking sounds when walking on it.
