Processing technology and construction steps of ice and fire boards

1. Construction preparation

Scraper, spotlight gun, steel ruler, scraper, ink fountain, paint broom, gloves, rubber roller, rubber outer hammer, scaffolding, structural adhesive and double-sided tape, special grouting agent.

2. Paste

After the foundation treatment, select a reasonable size for pasting based on the on-site conditions. Among them, thick ice and fire boards are used for flat walls, which have relatively weak elasticity. Choose the thin Ice and Fire Board for columns and complex details.

The building adhesive materials for thick ice and fire boards include structural adhesives and double-sided tape (since the strength generated by structural adhesives takes a certain amount of time, double-sided tape is needed for temporary bonding). After the foundation treatment is completed, cut the ice and fire board into reasonable sizes, stick them together and attach them to the foundation board. Compared with the construction of thicker ice and fire boards, the construction of thinner ice and fire boards has the same construction techniques and methods except for the different bonding materials.

3. Finished product protection

4. Grouting

According to the 1.0 to 2.0mm gap left during pasting, select the special jointing material for ice and fire boards for jointing. It is required to be horizontal and vertical, with uniform depth. The cross joints should be lapped flat, compacted and smoothed, and no leakage is allowed.

5. Treatment of right and wrong corners

At the outer corner, only the inner sides of the two plates intersect, forming an exposed 90° Angle, which is treated by gluing. The concave corners are treated with seam squeezing.
