This type of board has high strength and its internal structure is all equipped with keels. Its application range is relatively wide. The core material of its internal structure can also be specified and filled, without being limited by the strength interference of the core material. The processing time of hand-made clean boards is relatively long, and the material cost and time cost are both a bit higher. After the clean board manufacturer delivers the clean board to the construction site, we must place it according to the model and specification of the product. If any damage is found, we can verify it with the freight driver and the manufacturer based on the shipping order. When we use forklifts to unload this type of board, it is required to unload it onto a stable and flat surface.

The surface of the clean board product must be well covered with a pad to prevent damage to the board. When manually unloading the board, protective gloves must be worn to avoid surface wear or hand cuts. The bottom must be supported by both hands. Lift and place gently to avoid deformation. When stacking them, they must be placed on a stable and flat ground and must not be exposed to rain or sun. When stored outdoors, appropriate protective measures should be taken to avoid interference from rain and sun. At the same time, no heavy objects should be placed on the boards.

When installing the clean board, it should be accurately arranged in accordance with the design drawing and the font direction on the protective film. After the top plate is installed, when someone needs to walk around, they must use light-density MDF or wooden boards placed on the top surface of the top plate. In this way, the load on the top plate will be slightly reduced.
